CONSENT FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By sending the application I grant my consent for personal data processing and for “Pražský hudební institut, z.ú.” (“Prague Musical Institute, registered institution”), registration number: 07188919, with its registered office at Větrná 265/37, Čimice, 181 00 Praha 8 to process personal data under the terms and conditions below.


Extent of processing of your personal data


The administrator shall process your personal data insofar as provided by you in connection with the marketing activities of the administrator, namely in connection with the promotion and presentation of the Singing Masterclasses and Instrumental Courses which will take place from 19nd July to 1st August 2021 in Český Krumlov. Based on this consent, the administrator is also authorized to make use of visual, sound and video recordings made at the courses and concerts and make them public, even repeatedly. The administrator shall process the name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, residence address, date of birth, or as the case may be, other data connected with this courses.  


Purpose of processing of your personal data 


The administrator will process your personal data for the purpose of marketing activities of the administrator and informing the public about the music courses. 


Legal basis for personal data processing 


This consent and the fact that your personal data is necessary for fulfilling the different marketing objectives are the legal basis for the processing. Personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). 

Period of processing of your personal data 


The administrator shall process your personal data in connection with the marketing purposes for the duration of the music competition and then for the period of 5 years from its end, unless you withdraw this consent. 


Personal data processing consent withdrawal


You may withdraw this voluntarily granted consent for personal data processing at any time free of charge by sending an e-mail to alzbeta.kerberova@prazskyhudebniinstitut.cz. The withdrawal of the consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing resulting from the consent granted prior to its withdrawal. The withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the processing of personal data which the administrator processes on the basis of a different legal basis than the consent. 


People with access to your personal data 


The administrator and its employees will have access to your personal data.

Your rights connected with the protection of your personal data 


You have the right, without the risk of any sanction or disadvantage, to withdraw your consent, correct or amend your personal data, request limitation of data processing, raise an objection or a complaint against personal data processing, request the transfer of data, access to your personal data, at any time by sending a notification to the electronic address alzbeta.kerberova@prazskyhudebniinstitut.cz. Moreover, you have the right to be informed about the violation of the protection of personal data, their deletion and you have other rights stipulated in GDPR.

   
Right to raise an objection 


You have the right to raise an objection against the processing of your personal data if the administrator processes them contrary to the granted consent. The objection must be filed with the administrator. If you raise an objection against the processing, the administrator will not further process the data to that extent unless the administrator proves that there are serious legitimate reasons for processing which outweigh your interests or rights and liberties or for the determination, performance or defence of legal rights. More detailed information about this right is included above all in Art. 21 of GDPR.    

Right to file a complaint with the supervisory office  


You may file a complaint concerning the processing of your personal data or non-fulfilment of the obligations of the administrator resulting from GDPR with the supervisory office at any time. The supervisory office in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.  

 
Obligation to provide personal data. Consequences of failing to provide personal data 


Your personal data is provided on a fully voluntary basis. You have no obligation to provide the data. If you do not provide your personal data, there is no risk of any sanction. However, if you do not provide your personal data, the administrator will not be able to provide full participation in the music competition and present its results to the public.
